Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled
RTLS (Real-Time Location Systems) Support Analyst
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting RTLS infrastructure to ensure accurate tracking and system reliability. This role involves working closely with IT, operations, and end users to support location-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor RTLS systems and ensure continuous uptime and performance
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to RTLS (tags, sensors, anchors, servers)
Provide technical support and resolve user-reported incidents
Perform system configuration, calibration, and testing
Analyze location data and generate reports as required
Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and upgrades
Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps
Assist in deployment and integration of RTLS solutions across facilities
Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RFID, UWB)
Familiarity with RTLS technologies and IoT systems (preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience with ticketing tools and support processes
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in shifts or on-call support if required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with RTLS platforms (e.g., Zebra, Cisco Spaces, Stanley Healthcare, etc.)
Knowledge of databases and basic SQL
Understanding of healthcare, manufacturing, or logistics environments (if applicable)
