Role Description
Shabani LLC is seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee daily job site operations and support field crews. This role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to read and interpret construction drawings, and hands-on involvement to ensure work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily job site activities
Support and assist crew members on-site as needed
Read and interpret construction drawings and plans
Prepare and execute layout based on project documents
Coordinate with the Site Superintendent and other trades
Prepare and submit RFIs (Requests for Information)
Develop and manage material takeoffs and purchase lists
Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and per project requirements
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction site management or foreman role
Strong understanding of construction drawings and layout
Experience with RFIs and material takeoffs
Ability to coordinate with multiple trades and site personnel
Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented
Must be a
U.S. Citizen
