Finance Manager
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in automotive financing who is committed to delivering a top‑tier customer experience while maximizing profitability.

Pay:
$125,000+ annually
Responsibilities
Present finance and insurance options clearly and effectively to customers
Work with a wide network of lenders to secure competitive financing terms
Sell extended service contracts, protection plans, and other F & I products
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with all regulations
Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions
Collaborate with sales and management teams to meet and exceed performance goals
Stay current with all applicable laws and regulations regarding vehicle sales and financing

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership is required
Strong understanding of dealership finance processes and F & I products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with menu‑selling and dealership software
Knowledge of federal, state, and local compliance requirements
