This position reports to:
Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities
Design, program, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial automation and electrical control systems—including PLCs, HMIs, drives, and robotics—while ensuring safe, compliant operation.
Support equipment startups and upgrades, collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance and uptime, and maintain accurate documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement and automation projects.
Qualifications and Experience
3-5+ years in industrial controls or manufacturing maintenance; strong Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI experience; working knowledge of servo motion systems, VFDs, and industrial sensors.
Ability to read schematics and ladder logic; ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and P&IDs; strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
Education: Associate or Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Automation or related field.
3-5+ years in industrial controls or maintenance within a manufacturing environment; background check and drug screen may be required; valid U.S. work authorization.
Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English; willingness to work overtime as essential job function.
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing setting with electrical and mechanical systems; adherence to PPE and safety standards.
Occasional offshift, weekend, or on-call support may be required.
