About the Position
Full‑time, temporary Maintenance Person located in Chesterfield Heights, Midlothian. Work Monday through Friday with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
Maintain the building’s exterior and interior, grounds, walkways, driveways, and parking lot.
Perform preventative maintenance duties on an ongoing basis and as needed.
Execute emergency preparation and response duties as well as hazard communication responsibilities.
Qualifications
At least one year of prior maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and wall repair.
Demonstrated passion for seniors and a commitment to hospitality, integrity, and compassion.
