Overview
The Morgan Law Group, PA, is seeking a self‑motivated bilingual paralegal with at least three years of experience in general civil litigation. The position offers the opportunity to support case management from inception through resolution, collaborate closely with attorneys, clients, and other key parties, and play a key role in moving cases forward in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to attorneys and enhance office efficiency.
Conduct legal research using Westlaw and other resources.
Handle communication with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
Maintain and update case files using case management software.
Monitor deadlines and manage attorney calendars.
Draft and file notices, motions, subpoenas, and responses to discovery requests.
Communicate with defense counsel and judicial assistants.
Qualifications
Minimum three years of experience as a paralegal in civil litigation.
Strong understanding of legal procedures, court systems, and protocols.
Proficiency in case management software and general computer literacy.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Paralegal Certificate.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
