Role Overview
Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple teams and functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to attract top talent, deliver a great candidate experience, and continuously improve hiring processes.
Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
Screen and interview candidates and guide them through the hiring process
Partner with hiring managers to move candidates through interviews and offers
Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring updates
Improve recruiting workflows and support TA initiatives
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
Creative Recruiter Qualifications
3-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems
Comfortable negotiating offers and start dates
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Organized, proactive, and collaborative
Passion for DEI and recruiting best practices
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
