About the Role

Druid Hills Golf Club, one of the most prestigious clubs in Atlanta's private club industry, is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead our dynamic F&B operations. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee all aspects of our dining services, ensuring quality, guest satisfaction, and adherence to club standards. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in food and beverage management and a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.

Manage and mentor the food and beverage staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Develop and implement menus, ensuring seasonal and innovative offerings that elevate the dining experience.

Monitor and control food and labor costs to maximize profitability.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with event planners to design and execute catering and banquet services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with club members while addressing any concerns promptly.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of food and beverage management experience.

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.

In-depth knowledge of food and beverage, including wine and spirits.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

ServSafe certification and knowledge of local health regulations.
