Job Category Engineering Division Intralox Job Description (General Summary) Intralox L.L.C. is seeking an Equipment Project Manager to support retrofit projects within the Logistics and Material Handling sector. This role focuses on delivering technically sound, customer focused retrofit & upgrade solutions for parcel logistics - and e - commerce customers using Intralox automated equipment technologies. The Equipment Project Manager plays a key role during the qualification and quotation phases of retrofit and upgrade opportunities. The position partners closely with commercial teams, internal subject matter experts, and customer stakeholders to define scope, assess risk, develop cost estimates, and present well - engineered solutions. This role may involve customer site visits, and in - - person collaboration. Job Responsibilities and Requirements Responsibilities: + Partners with commercial the team to align on the opportunity pipeline, establish priorities, and support opportunity development. + Coordinate internal resources and establish effective support channels to ensure process continuity throughout. + Working with the appropriate project management, engineering and manufacturing teams post order to help track and communicate overall project milestones + Knows how to generate project schedules and drive task completion + Help to define project timelines, assign responsibility, and provide clear milestone tracking and status updates during the qualification and quotation phases of a project. + Identify and communicate gaps in scope, support, or alignment early to mitigate project risk. + Leverage a strong understanding of Intralox equipment capabilities and value propositions within logistics and material handling applications. + Collaborate with team members and customers to understand challenges and identify system optimization opportunities. + Support customer visits, troubleshooting system, and training as needed, with up to 30% travel including occasional weekends and international travel. Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering?(BSME/ BSEE),? or other related field. + 3-5 years of experience in managing projects from pre-contract phase through execution. + Demonstrated proficiency in developing project costs, resource plans, and schedules. + Hands-on experience with conveyance or automated material handling systems. + Strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts clearly. + Excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to drive a team of high performing teams to a common outcome. + Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to be -hands-on. + Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience in project management and/or the design and execution of automated material handling systems or equipment. + Knowledge of MS Project and building project schedules + PMP certification + Proficiency with CAD tools. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training and key skills. The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans Salary Range $62,700 to $167,700.
