About The Opportunity
Join a growing patient-centered Pelvic Floor practice located in Lake Mary. Training is provided, no prior experience necessary—recent graduates of Doctor of Physical Therapy welcome to apply. This opportunity will entail working with up to 25 patients on a weekly basis. 75% of the role will be dealing with patients, 25% will be administrative.
Role & Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations to diagnose functional deficits and develop individualized, goal treatment plans.
Deliver hands‑on interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and balance/fall‑prevention programs.
Apply appropriate therapeutic modalities and adaptive strategies to maximize patient mobility and independence.
Document timely, accurate clinical notes in the EMR and ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, patient outcome tracking, and site‑level productivity targets.
Skills & Qualifications
Must‑Have
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) documentation
Demonstrated clinical skills in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and gait training
Knowledge of Medicare/insurance documentation and billing best practices
Strong clinical reasoning and ability to create measurable, outcome‑focused plans of care
At least 30 available hours per week
Preferred
Previous experience in physical therapy/pelvic floor
40 available hours per week
