Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and lead the evolution of scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native infrastructure, establishing enterprise-wide DevOps standards and best practices
Optimize global CI/CD ecosystems using
Harness
and
GitLab
to achieve high-velocity, automated software delivery and rigorous validation
Define the roadmap for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using
Terraform
or
Crossplane , ensuring architectural consistency, repeatability, and state management across all environments
Lead the design of high-scale
AWS
solutions utilizing EKS, Lambda, DynamoDB, Step Functions, and API Gateway to support complex distributed systems
Champion quality through rigorous peer reviews, automated testing frameworks, and advanced observability (logging/monitoring) while embedding security into the core of the SDLC
Drive organizational efficiency by automating complex deployment and configuration workflows using
Python
and
Ansible , serving as the final escalation point for deep architectural troubleshooting
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years
of hands-on experience in DevOps, with at least
2+ years
in an Architect or Staff-level capacity leading large-scale infrastructure initiatives
Skills and Qualifications:
Deep expertise in DevOps principles, CI/CD methodologies, and the ability to design automation frameworks for multi-tenant, global-scale delivery pipelines
Advanced proficiency with
AWS (EKS focus) ,
Terraform , and
Harness ; proven experience implementing Kubernetes-native IaC (e.g., Crossplane) is highly desirable
Expert-level knowledge of
Docker
and
Kubernetes
Strong Programming skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell to support automation, tooling, and operational efficiency
Deep understanding of AWS services, with the ability to integrate or migrate workloads across additional platforms like Azure, GCP, or OCI when necessary
Exceptional leadership, analytical troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills; a proven ability to mentor senior engineers and influence stakeholders in fast-paced environments

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year
