Established (22+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Workers Compensation Defense Attorney for Workers Compensation Defense Litigation in Remote, CA An established firm with over 22 years in practice is seeking a Workers Compensation Defense Attorney with 5-6+ years of experience to join their team in a remote capacity. This role focuses on workers compensation defense matters, offering a modern, high-tech environment with a collaborative and genuinely enjoyable firm culture. Attorneys will manage a lower caseload while working with sophisticated clients and will attend mandated hearings at the WCAB in California as required.
