Enrollment Services Associate 100% Onsite - Full-time
Help future students take the next step in their education! We re seeking a motivated Enrollment Services Associate to guide prospective students through the admissions process and provide exceptional support from first inquiry through enrollment.
What Youll Do
Conduct outreach and interviews with prospective students.
Share accurate program, financial, and student services information.
Support students through application steps and document collection.
Collaborate closely with Student Finance and campus teams.
Maintain detailed notes and manage your outreach pipeline.
Meet or exceed individual performance goals.
What You Bring
Associate degree preferred.
3+ years of fast-paced customer service experience.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Experience in enrollment/admissions or sales is a plus.
