About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key player in the organization's pre-revenue, build-and-scale phase, with a focus on strategic finance, growth, capital planning, and project finance. This hands-on role involves building the finance function from the ground up, and the successful candidate will work closely with an experienced executive team. Key responsibilities for the CFO include financial operations, systems, board and investor relations, and ensuring compliance and readiness for a future IPO.
The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a background in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or project finance, and a strong expertise in financial modeling, particularly in the areas of infrastructure, CAPEX/OPEX, and scenario analysis. Experience in supporting or leading capital raises and investor processes is essential, with a preference for those who have been exposed to IPO or SPAC readiness. The role requires a proven ability to build and scale finance functions, strong leadership presence, and the ability to drive change and build teams. U.S. citizenship is also a mandatory requirement for this position.
