$ 60,000 - 64,000 annually, depending on experience

As an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting financial operations, ensuring smooth vendor payments, and managing customer receivables. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a company that values growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Process high-volume vendor invoices for raw materials and supplies
Perform 3-way matching to ensure invoice accuracy
Coordinate with procurement to resolve discrepancies
Manage vendor payments and optimize terms
Generate and issue invoices for finished goods
Collaborate with sales for accurate billing
Monitor customer credit limits and assist with assessments
Lead collections efforts for key accounts
Support month-end close and reconcile subledgers
Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
Required Qualifications & Experience:
2–5 years experience in AP/AR, preferably in manufacturing
Strong understanding of inventory flow and procurement processes
Experience with ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Experience with EDI invoicing
Knowledge of internal controls
Ability to work cross-functionally
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
