Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Event Marketing Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of live marketing and fundraising events. This is an entry-level, customer-facing role ideal for individuals looking to build a career in marketing, sales, brand promotion, or event management.

You will work directly with our marketing team to represent clients, engage with the public, and help drive campaign success through in-person outreach and sales-driven interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events

  • Represent client brands professionally at community events, retail pop-ups, and campaigns

  • Engage with potential customers through face-to-face marketing and sales conversations

  • Educate the public on client products, services, or nonprofit missions

  • Drive customer acquisition, donations, or sales goals at events

  • Track daily performance metrics and provide feedback to leadership

  • Support event logistics, scheduling, and territory coverage

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations

  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development sessions



Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

  • Comfortable with public interaction and sales-based conversations

  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus (not required) 



Compensation details: 40000-60000 Yearly Salary
