Part-Time Retail Merchandiser
Employment Type: Part Time.
Location: SC - Summerville.
Join ActionLink as a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser for Summerville, SC and the surrounding area. Your day will involve ensuring retail displays are correctly placed, assembled, maintained, and troubleshooting promotional displays.
Responsibilities
Store visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
Scheduling: Up to 25 hours per week, availability Monday‑Thursday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; no weekends or evenings.
Additional opportunities: Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
Reporting: Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
Perks & Compensation
Compensation: $17.00 per hour for general merchandising projects.
Additional technical projects: available at higher rates, based on need.
W2 employment with bi‑weekly pay and direct deposit.
Optional 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
Travel reimbursement for store‑to‑store drive time and mileage.
Paid training time to prepare you for program success.
Accrued PTO each week you work.

Qualifications
Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience highly desirable.
Versatility: handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
Attention to detail: follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
Independence and teamwork: comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team.
Tech‑ready: internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update; laptop/desktop access a plus.
Travel ability: must have a driver’s license, personal vehicle, and be required to use it for the role.
Physical ability: stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
