Project Accountant Supervisor
Hybrid 3-4 days in office
This role ensures accurate tracking of project costs, accruals, and closing the month end. In addition, the supervisor/senior will focus on the growth and development of (1 maybe 2) direct reports.
Responsibilities
Managing project accounting, including tracking costs of projects.
Oversee accounting for asset mgmt, including review of journal entries and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis to budgets.
Ensure timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
Help in the annual audit processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting as well as some
Supervisory experience required.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
Experience managing month-end close processes and preparing journal entries.
Professional level experience with Excel.
Must have larger corporate company experience.
Salary range : 110-130K + bonus and excellent benefits
