Accounts Receivable Specialist
Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support payment application, collections, and account reconciliation in a fast?paced, growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who is detail?oriented, adaptable, and comfortable handling a high volume of transactions while partnering cross?functionally.
Key Responsibilities
Apply customer payments accurately and reconcile accounts
Perform daily cash application and cash management activities
Research and resolve deductions, discrepancies, and chargebacks
Follow up on past-due accounts and support collections efforts
Maintain accurate documentation and support audits as needed
Contribute to process improvements and special projects
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred)
1-2 years of Accounts Receivable and/or Collections experience
Understanding of the order-to-cash cycle
Experience working with ERP systems (multiple systems a plus)
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment
Experience in a multi-entity or manufacturing environment preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for the role includes a salary range, discretionary bonuses, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
