The Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Cartier North America provides high-level, strategic administrative and operational support, acting as a trusted partner to the CHRO. This role requires seamless interaction with senior executives and key stakeholders across all organizational functions, requiring exceptional communication, proactive planning, professionalism, confidentiality, and absolute discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support & Operations: Anticipate needs, proactively identify and solve potential pressure points to the CHRO’s schedule while minimizing business disruptions.
Strategic Calendar & Schedule Management: Proactively manage and optimize the CHRO’s calendar, resolving conflicts and ensuring efficient time utilization.
Executive Support & Logistics: Independently manage administrative tasks including coordinating meeting logistics, preparing expense reports, and professionally welcoming visitors.
Travel Management: Lead the planning and execution of all domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and bookings.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement streamlined processes for administrative workflows.
Content Development Support & Analysis: Create, organize, analyze, and refine presentations, spreadsheets, and documents for team and executive review.
Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee ad‑hoc Human Resources projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with CHRO priorities.
Managing Team Requests: Prioritize team requests and identify solutions aligned with the CHRO’s needs.
Event Coordination: Collaborate with the Internal Communications team to support the organization and execution of company‑wide or HR events, local events, dinners, and engagements for visiting executives and stakeholders.
Team Engagement: Support coordination of team engagement activities, including birthdays, anniversaries, and other recognition moments.
Communication & Partnership
Handle sensitive information with confidence and integrity, consistently demonstrating Maison values.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with the HR community across Cartier and Richemont.
Maintain a collaborative and strategic partnership with executive assistants, senior leaders, and global colleagues.
Discreet & Professional Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, exercising exceptional judgment and professionalism in all interactions.
Trusted Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the CHRO, anticipating needs and proactively offering solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in an executive support role, preferably supporting a C‑suite executive in a fast‑paced, global organization.
Experience within the retail or Human Resources sector is a significant advantage.
Strategic Acumen & Proactivity: Ability to anticipate needs, identify solutions, and manage complex situations with a strategic mindset.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in interacting with diverse stakeholders.
Organizational & Process Excellence: Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi‑tasking abilities, with a proven track record of implementing efficient systems.
