
Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting core human resources functions while leading full-cycle recruitment efforts. This role partners with hiring managers to attract, hire, and onboard top talent, while also contributing to employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure a positive candidate experience
Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.)
Support employer branding initiatives
Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation
Support employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions
Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS accuracy
Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Support performance management processes
Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
Participate in HR projects and process improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of HR experience, with strong emphasis on recruiting
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Preferred Skills:
Experience in high-volume or specialized recruiting
Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Data-driven mindset with experience using HR metrics
Compensation:
Compensation: $30-39/hr Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
