
Human Resources Manager

A national law firm is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to oversee firmwide HR operations, lead recruiting and staffing strategies, support employee relations, and partner closely with leadership on key people initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
Lead HR operations and continuously enhance firm policies and processes
Manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives
Oversee staffing levels and supervise administrative and support staff
Handle employee relations matters, performance issues, and conflict resolution
Partner with leadership on benefits administration and leave management
Maintain accurate job descriptions and HR documentation across the firm
Support reporting, analytics, and attorney integration initiatives
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience
4+ years of HR experience within a law firm or professional services environment
Strong communication skills with a high level of discretion and attention to detail
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
Solid understanding of law firm operations and proficiency with Microsoft Office
