Responsibilities
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on pool equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic techniques.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on all hotel facilities, identifying and addressing potential problems.
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement preventive maintenance programs.
Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service, addressing maintenance concerns.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and generate reports as required.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, especially in pool areas.
Train and mentor junior maintenance staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in maintenance and hospitality.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, with a focus on pool and heavy mechanical systems.
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or equivalent.
Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for complex troubleshooting.
Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, for effective guest and team interactions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using maintenance management software and basic computer skills.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Physical ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment.
