Position Overview
Pungitore Irrigation & Fertilizer is looking for a
skilled and experienced Senior level Irrigation Maintenance Technician
to join our team. Key Capabilities & Responsibilities
Troubleshooting & Repairs:
Diagnose and repair irrigation components such as pipes, fittings, electrical systems, and backflow preventers.
Seasonal Maintenance:
Perform system start‑ups, evaluations, winterizations, and ongoing maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
Water Efficiency:
Assess and adjust irrigation systems to ensure optimal water usage and efficiency.
Customer Interaction:
Provide excellent customer service, offering professional advice and solutions during service calls.
Documentation:
Keep accurate records of work performed, including inventory usage and job details via the Jobber app.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the team to provide seamless service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance:
Maintain and organize your work vehicle and tools to ensure efficiency and safety on every job.

Water Management Knowledge:
Deep understanding of water efficiency principles and the ability to make system adjustments to optimize performance.
Problem Solving:
Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues with irrigation systems.
Customer‑Focused:
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to clients in an easy‑to‑understand manner. Provide excellent customer service on every job.

Precision in completing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks, ensuring all systems are operating at peak efficiency.
