Warehouse Technician
Location: Mesa, Arizona & Phoenix, Arizona
Job Overview
This position is a hands‑on warehouse role responsible for the full lifecycle of parts management, from receiving and inventory counting to picking and shipping orders. You'll need a mix of technical savvy for order software and physical stamina for material handling, all while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Seeking a detail‑oriented team player who can work diligently to keep our supply chain moving smoothly.
Key Job Responsibilities
Pick and ship parts orders.
Receipt and distribution of purchase and stock orders.
Materials handling, off‑loading.
Perform bin, cycle and inventory counts including on‑site consignment inventories.
Housekeeping and clean up.
Understanding shipping policies, procedures, and methods.
Able to fulfill all written and verbal instructions given by Parts Manager.
Parts gathering – customer orders / parts kits.
Support internal customers (shop/field) with parts requirements.
Cycle counting.
Qualifications / Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
Valid driver's license.
Forklift and warehouse experience preferred.
Language Skills: Ability to read, write and understand simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to compute and calculate basic math, including ratios and percentages.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: Knowledge of database software, Internet software, manufacturing software and order processing systems.
Analytical Skills: Use intuition and experience to complement data.
Problem‑Solving Skills: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
Customer Service Skills: Responds promptly to customer needs.
Oral and Written Communication Skills: Speaks and writes clearly and informatively.
Teamwork Skills: Balances team and individual responsibilities.
Planning/Organizing Skills: Prioritizes and plans work activities.
