Fraser is currently hiring Motivated and Compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work full‑ or part‑time supporting our clients in their homes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about providing high‑quality care and making a lasting impact in the lives of adults and families with diverse needs.
Responsibilities
Medication administration
Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s)
Money management
Treatment documentation
Personal care (bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in group homes
Meal preparation (must be willing to handle all types of food)
Planning and transportation to/from activities
Community integration
Training & Career Growth

Requirements
Valid Minnesota driver’s license with an acceptable record (non‑driving roles also available)
Ability to pass a DHS background check
Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
