Overview
Supervises and coordinates the work of employees who repair and maintain buildings/facilities. Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product. May be involved in new construction or modification of existing properties. Receives customer repairs and maintenance requests, determines appropriate actions and assigns work to employees. Coordinates requests for outages and utility shutdowns related to scheduled projects. Provides input into the development of department policies and procedures. Ensures employees maintain current knowledge of techniques and procedures. Assist in meeting the business, financial, customer, service quality and regulatory requirements of the area.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Two years of college level course work in business, management, engineering, or a related field.
Four years of increasingly responsible facility maintenance experience including some lead supervisory experience.
Valid state driver’s license.
Driving record must be within the approved insurance company’s regulations.
Powered Industrial Truck Operator certification within 12 months of hire or transfer.
Preferred Qualifications
Associates degree in engineering.
High Pressure Boiler Operators License.
