Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bindery Technician to join our production team. This role is responsible for finishing printed materials using bindery equipment and ensuring all products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet for most of the day and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, and other machines
Assemble, trim, and finish printed materials according to job specifications
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Assist with other production tasks as needed
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Work Environment:
Production/warehouse setting
Fast-paced with repetitive tasks
Requires standing most of the day
