Position Summary
Marucci Sports, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fox Factory, is seeking a Marketing Intern. This dynamic role requires an organized and professional individual to provide crucial marketing and administrative support. Key responsibilities include creating and editing marketing content (presentations, website copy, retail assets), preparing reports (campaign recaps, social analytics), and coordinating various company initiatives, including photoshoots, influencer programs, and events. The position also involves essential front-office and administrative duties, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing meeting logistics.
Position Responsibilities
Welcoming/Directing building visitors
Meeting agendas, note taking and recaps
Reporting (Social analytics, campaign recaps, etc.)
Creating and editing marketing materials (presentations, flyers, email and ad briefs, etc.)
Assist with managing company websites (proofreading, product copy, etc.)
Assist with retail marketing (preparing retail assets, managing retail requests, etc.)
Assist with photoshoots (shot lists, on-set support, product ordering, etc.)
Assist with Marucci Campus Tour tasks (ticket reports, email communication, tour updates and campaign materials)
Support influencer and partner programming (campaign management, influencer activation logistics, promo items/seeding)
Support with event coordination (logistics and planning)
Other duties as assigned
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professionalism.
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
Position Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Office environment
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
