Responsibilities
Participate in the technical design of complex new applications and system enhancements.
Provide high‑level analysis and design to address issues.
Participate in projects that research and develop new tools and technologies for innovative solutions.
Lead development activities for the evolution of Tyler software applications.
Address bugs and operational deficiencies in existing and future releases.
Ensure thorough testing of program, module and system integrity and adherence to company standards.
Provide technical leadership across all software development life cycle phases: research, design, analysis, requirements, implementation, test automation, and maintenance.
Utilize new technologies and tools to modify products and integrate with internal and external applications.
Prepare and modify program and system documentation.
Guide less experienced team members for knowledge transfer and training.
Achieve departmental goals and timelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Information Systems.
Seven years of experience with C#.
Seven years of experience with SQL Server.
Seven years of experience with HTML/CSS.
Seven years of experience with ASP.NET.
Seven years of cumulative experience using JavaScript and TypeScript, in any combination.
