Overview
Build Idaho is growing and looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Listing & Transaction Coordinator to support our real estate team and clients from the moment a listing is taken through closing. If you love checklists, timelines, and clear communication—and you enjoy seeing complex processes run smoothly—you’ll thrive in this role.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Manage all administrative details for new listings, from signed agreements to “go live” on the MLS and marketing channels through our in-house platform.
Track and manage key deadlines for each file (inspections, financing, appraisals, contingencies, closing dates).
Ensure all contracts, addenda, disclosures, and supporting documents are complete, compliant, and properly stored.
Prepare and review files for brokerage and regulatory compliance.
Maintain accurate records and checklists so nothing falls through the cracks.
Listing Coordination Focus
Input new listing.
Coordinate photography, staging, signs, lockboxes, and showing instructions.
Confirm that client and agent satisfaction is achieved through every transaction.
Your goal: help every listing go live seamlessly and on schedule.
Transaction Coordination Focus
Open and organize the file, confirm contract terms and deadlines.
Communicate key dates, next steps, and document needs to all parties.
Ensure the file is fully documented, compliant, and ready for closing and post-closing review.
Your goal: keep each transaction moving forward smoothly, compliantly, and on time.
Qualifications
Is highly organized and detail-focused.
Can manage multiple transactions and timelines at once without losing track.
Communicates clearly and professionally in writing and over the phone.
Is comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Learns technology quickly and works well inside systems and checklists.
Required experience in real estate (licensed), title/escrow, lending, or a similar administrative role (minimum of 100 transactions).
Compensation
$47,000 - $57,000 yearly
