Overview
Placer County is accepting applications for the position of Senior Staff Services Analyst to fill one vacancy in the Health and Human Services Department - Adult System of Care division. This position is based in Auburn and reports to the division Staff Services Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to serve in a key role overseeing the Data Analytics program by providing direction to subordinate staff, setting priorities, and ensuring high-quality analytical work that supports program and system-wide decision-making.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include analyzing policy, grants, and contracts, leading the collection, management and analysis of complex data to identify trends, measure outcomes and inform strategic initiatives.
Qualifications / Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a strategic and collaborative leader with experience in both data analytics and staff supervision who possesses strong technical skills in data analysis and visualization tools, along with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
This position requires a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and team priorities at once.
