
Content Licensing Specialist

Generate sales and performance reports using various business intelligence systems
Research contract terms by reviewing contracts, amendments, addendums, and the contract database
Work with legal to draft amendments
Provide general operational support to the Audible Books acquisition team
Enter and maintain records in the team’s Salesforce and other databases
Process payee changes, content terminations, etc.
Role Requirements
B.A. or equivalent degree preferred
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Minimum 5 years experience in publishing rights licensing
Fluency in Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, Salesforce, Airtable, and similar tools
Experience working with databases and high volumes of information
Excellent business judgment, exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities in a calm and efficient manner
