Job Description
Summary
General maintenance, mold installation and general fabrication.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Follow work instructions consistently
Proper use of tools and equipment (welders, torches, saws and drill presses)
Know basic functions of the plant, including machining centers, presses, air compressors and mold installations
Predictive maintenance and preventative maintenance
Fork truck and scissor lift usage
Basic building maintenance
Have basic electrical knowledge
Qualifications

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and in situations to other employees of the organization.
Physical Demands
This role involves regular physical activity, including lifting heavy objects, standing or walking for extended periods, climbing ladders, and working in various indoor and outdoor environments. Candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks as a routine part of their job responsibilities.
