Reports To: Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Summary: The Recruiting Intern supports the Talent Acquisition function by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality recruiting process across the firm. The intern will gain hands‑on experience in full‑cycle recruiting while contributing to critical hiring initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
Support sourcing efforts across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases)
Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings based on role requirements
Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and hiring teams
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in the ATS (Paylocity)
Assist in managing candidate pipelines and tracking progress across open roles
Draft and send candidate communications (outreach, confirmations, follow‑ups)
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Partner to prioritize roles and adjust sourcing strategies
Support recruiting for high‑volume and priority roles (e.g., collectors, legal assistants, contact center roles)
Assist with employer branding efforts, including job postings and LinkedIn updates
Provide administrative support for recruiting projects and initiatives
Success Metrics
Timely scheduling of interviews with minimal errors or delays
Consistent pipeline activity across assigned roles
Quality and Quantity of candidate screenings (alignment with role requirements)
Accuracy and completeness of ATS documentation
Responsiveness to candidates and internal stakeholders
Contribution to reducing time‑to‑fill for priority roles
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS systems is a plus
