What You’ll Do
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Leverage social media and other sourcing channels to develop and execute recruitment campaigns
Review applications and maintain accurate, timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
Prepare and extend offer letters to selected candidates
Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screens, and physicals
Support onboarding and new hire processes in collaboration with HR
Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, colleges, and industry groups to support talent pipelines
Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events as needed
Manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Perform other related duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
Must be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States
Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in recruiting or human resources
Working knowledge of California employment laws and hiring practices
Experience with full-cycle recruiting and high-volume hiring environments
Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems and strong computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Additional Skills (beneficial)
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Indiv. wage range: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour.
