Job Description
We are looking for a hybrid functional and business-facing SAP professional who combines hands‑on SAP SD/MM expertise, analytics exposure, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
This role is not purely technical, support‑based, or architectural. It requires someone who can configure, communicate, and translate business needs into analytics‑driven solutions.
Responsibilities
Perform hands‑on configuration in SAP SD and MM modules.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Blueprinting workshops.
Fit‑gap analysis sessions.
Drive analytics and reporting requirements using SAP SD/MM data.
Create functional specifications and coordinate with BI/analytics teams.
Act as a bridge between business users and technical/analytics teams.
Ensure delivery of business‑relevant, data‑driven solutions.
Experience
SAP SD/MM Expertise.
10+ years of SAP experience across Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM).
Strong hands‑on configuration experience in both modules.
Experience in end‑to‑end project implementations (not just support roles).
SAP Analytics Exposure (Critical Requirement).
Proven experience working on analytics/reporting projects using SAP SD/MM data.
Gathering reporting requirements.
Writing functional specifications.Collaborating with BI/analytics teams.
Ability to translate business needs into reporting/analytics solutions.
Skills
Blueprinting workshops
Fit-gap analysis
Independent requirement gathering
Direct interaction with business stakeholders (preferably US‑based clients)
Ability to drive conversations and influence decision
Education
Technical Degree or equivalent experience in related field.
