We are partnering with a growing, manufacturing organization to hire a
Senior Accountant
who will play a critical role in supporting month-end close, multi-entity accounting, and system-driven process improvements.
This position is ideal for an accountant who enjoys owning deliverables, improving processes, and operating in a lean organization where accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement matter. This role will also be fast tracked for a management role.
What You’ll Own
Prepare and post month-end journal entries including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, inventory adjustments, and intercompany entries
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
Support the month-end close calendar and checklist execution
Assist in maintaining clean, audit-ready schedules and documentation
Support multi-entity accounting, intercompany tie-outs, and consolidation support
Partner with operations and manufacturing teams on inventory, cost accounting, and margin analysis
Assist in system enhancements, ERP improvements, and reporting automation initiatives
Participate in cleanup projects, including correcting legacy issues and improving reconciliation discipline
Support cash management, bank reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations
Assist with audit requests, tax schedules, and ad hoc reporting projects
Contribute ideas and recommendations for process improvement and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
4–6+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong hands-on experience with month-end close and reconciliations
Solid understanding of GAAP and accrual accounting
Manufacturing or product-based company experience strongly preferred
Exposure to multi-entity environments and intercompany accounting
Experience with accounting systems / ERP environments (NetSuite, Sage, Dynamics, QuickBooks, etc.)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations)
Comfortable operating in a hands-on, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
