Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a superstar Leasing/ Sales Consultant to join

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Greets, assists, and leases apartments
Tours the property and apartments with future residents
Accepts and completes required application information from the prospective residents
Creates all lease documents
Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
Helps Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
Work Schedule
Will be required to work Saturdays 10 am to 4 pm
Must be able to work a 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
Minimum of 6 months experience Leasing in multifamily housing strongly preferred or 2 years experience in a customer service roll
Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
Have good verbal and written communication
Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
Benefits for Full Time Employees
Competitive pay: $16-$18 per hour
PLUS up to $100 per new lease commissions
