HIRING: Apartment Leasing Consultant
Pay: $14-16 an hour plus commissions (up to $100 per move‑in). Great commission potential with 300+ apartments! Schedule options: Monday‑Friday with some occasional Saturdays, 8–5 PM.
WHAT THE DAY‑TO‑DAY LOOKS LIKE:
As a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they show up at the community. You aren’t just selling an apartment; you’re helping people create a home. You love interacting with all types of people and have a passion for creating unique experiences. You paint the picture of what it’s like to live at our community and highlight the beautiful apartments, amenities, and services available.
LOCATION
Float between Pecan Grove and Rosewood Apartments (3 minutes apart).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs.
Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records.
Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other community offerings while touring prospects.
Utilize creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events.

Experience in leasing/renting preferred.
