BIM Modeling & Production
Model electrical systems in Autodesk Revit, including power distribution, branch circuiting, lighting systems, and equipment connections
Maintain model organization, accuracy, and compliance with internal BIM standards
Support project teams with model setup, coordination, and output preparation
Participate in model federation and clash coordination using Navisworks when required
Electrical Design Support
Assist with electrical system layouts including branch circuiting, feeder routing, conduit sizing, and panel connections under engineer oversight
Execute circuiting layouts in Revit based on engineer-defined system intent and design criteria
Develop electrical layouts that reflect engineering intent while maintaining constructability and coordination with other disciplines
Identify routing conflicts or constructability challenges and coordinate solutions with engineering
Lighting Layout & Controls Coordination
Develop lighting layouts based on engineer-defined design criteria and fixture selections
Coordinate switching zones, lighting controls, emergency lighting, and egress lighting requirements
Implement revisions as architectural layouts and project requirements evolve
Engineer to Drafter Coordination
