Role
We’re hiring a
Recruiter focused on skilled trades
— welders, fabricators, CNC machinists, maintenance techs, and more. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the entire process from business development to placement.
Responsibilities
Build new client relationships and win business
Recruit, screen, and place skilled trades talent
Manage the full lifecycle from intake to offer
Stay active in the market (calls, outreach, events, referrals)
Partner with clients to understand real hiring needs
Qualifications
2+ years
full desk recruiting experience
Strong business development skills
Comfortable managing multiple roles and clients
Experience with skilled trades or construction is a big plus
Additional Information
Hybrid role — must be based in or relocate to Houston
No sponsorship available
Senior leadership position with team oversight
