Human Resources Manager – Perimeter Behavioral of West Memphis (West Memphis, AR)
Are you an experienced HR professional with previous Human Resources Manager experience looking to make an impact in healthcare? Perimeter Behavioral of West Memphis is seeking a Human Resources Manager who is passionate about building strong teams and supporting a mission-driven behavioral health organization.
Duties
Recruit and maintain an outstanding workforce for the facility.
Ensure all regulatory guidelines are maintained for hiring, onboarding, and maintaining license standards in the maintenance of employee files and training.
Administer the Leave Administration for the facility.
Work closely with the facility's leadership in resolving employee issues and concerns.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related major.
Has 3-year human resources manager/generalist experience in a healthcare setting preferably in behavioral health.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS system preferably UKG.
SHRM certification is preferred.
