Role: Design Engineer, Mechanical (Thermal)

Duration:
06-12 Months contract
Design thermal and ventilation systems in AC / DC Power Modules and Data Centers; IT, Telecom and Industrial. Support all engineering inquiries related to thermal and ventilation systems and work directly with the module integration facility to develop drawing packages for the integration of all mechanical systems and layout drawings for the equipment into the module and power distribution. Coordinate with facility structural design, electrical systems.
Responsibilities
Design thermal and ventilation systems for AC/DC power modules and data centers, telecom, and industrial equipment. Support engineering inquiries and develop drawings for integration of mechanical systems into modules and power distribution. Coordinate with structural, electrical, and facility design teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Thermal Engineering with 4+ years of experience
Knowledge in AutoDesk / AutoCAD
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience interpreting construction drawings and equipment specifications, researching designs, technologies, and construction methods of data center equipment and facilities
Conceptual and detailed design of all thermal and ventilation systems including HVAC design, cable management systems, fire suppression layouts, equipment layouts
Review and approval of mechanical product submittals and CFD analysis
