Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and test facility electrical systems, products, and controls.
Design testing methods to confirm system and component capabilities.
Lead and support the Facility Maintenance Team in preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, engineers, and utility providers to manage electrical and automation systems.
Develop and maintain reports, documentation, and data for facility equipment.
Prepare and assist with capital and expense budgets.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, customer, quality, and safety regulations.
Act as team leader on construction projects and daily facility activities.
Conduct risk assessments and manage multiple projects with precision.
Communicate promptly on issues affecting Environment, Health, Safety, or Quality.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of electricity, automation controls, and materials.
Experience in facility electrical systems and maintenance leadership.
Familiarity with OSHA, ISO/TS 16949, and ISO 14001 standards.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to work proactively, lead teams, and deliver results under deadlines.
