Inpatient Therapist (PRN)

Responsibilities
Cedar Springs Hospital is seeking a talented and dynamic Inpatient Therapist (PRN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. PRN offers flexibility during the week; weekend availability highly desired. PRN Rate: $45.00/hour.

Position Summary: The therapist role is designed to provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients within our Acute Units. Therapists are also responsible for treatment and discharge planning and for interfacing with community agencies and referral sources throughout the client's course of treatment.

This position is not eligible for PTO or benefits.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency with personal computers.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to established protocol and regulatory agency requirements.

Professional and appropriate boundaries with clients and families, with the capacity to act professionally in high‑stress situations.

Licensed (in Colorado) as a CSW, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, or MFT.

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.

At least one year of clinical experience working with adults.

Valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for some positions).

CPR and first aid certification.

Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
