
THERAPIST Outpatient Therapist (Master's Degree required) LCSW/LPC/LPCC/CSW

Responsibilities
Screening of applicants begins immediately and continues until position is filled.
Minimum Salary: $65,000 Maximum Salary: $75,000.
The therapist role is designed to provide group and individual therapy to clients within an outpatient setting.
Primary responsibility for treatment and discharge planning, and interface with community agencies and referral sources throughout the client's course of treatment.
As the PHP/IOP Therapist, oversee all social work functions for acute patients, including psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, active treatment, and discharge planning.

Qualifications
Requires strong organizational and communication skills, working knowledge of personal computers, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Able to complete required clinical paperwork according to established protocol and regulatory agency requirements. Must maintain professional and appropriate boundaries with clients and families. Ability to act professionally in high stress situations.

Education and Experience
Master’s degree in a counseling related field (MSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC), licensed or seeking licensure in the State of Colorado. One year of clinical experience working with adults.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Requires a full range of body motion including handling and physical restraint of patients.
Ability to perform CPR and first aid.
Ability to work rotating schedules.
Ability to drive a vehicle if necessary.
Must be able to speak, read and write.
Emotional stability necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.
Vision and hearing sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
