Responsibilities
Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
Develop and implement IEPs and support plans.
Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to foster an inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and data monitoring.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Organizational skills for caseload management and adherence to regulations.
Professionalism, cultural competence, and a student‑centered approach with patience and creativity.
Missouri licensure required.
Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour. Benefits include continuing education credits and license reimbursement.
Position requires in‑person work within dynamic school environments.
