Monday-Friday 8-4; RN or LPN required.
Hours per Week

Pay Range
$24.10 - $37.95 per hour
Major Responsibilities
Provide direct care to those ill or injured
Screen and refer for health care conditions as needed
Administer medications and manage chronic illnesses
Assist in promoting a healthy, safe environment
Act as liaison between school, family, and physician
Audit immunization records and student health forms
Document in the EMR per school system
Educate staff, students, and families on health-related issues and treatments as needed
Complete online continuing education and attend meetings as requested
Assist students with self-administration of medication as ordered by physician or treatments as ordered
Participate in school related meetings, such as 504, IEP, SST, and safety meetings
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Licensure, Registration, And/or Certification Required
Valid, active license in the state of Georgia; BLS certification.
Education Required
Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
Experience Required
None required.
