Job Summary
Performs various respiratory therapy services in accordance with departmental policy and procedure to ensure therapeutic or diagnostic procedures prescribed by physicians are carried out in a professional manner. Up to $5,000 sign‑on bonus may be offered based on eligibility.
Responsibilities
Demonstrated skill with office machines, computer, hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and patient therapeutic equipment/machines.
Provides direct care to assigned patients, maintaining privacy and confidentiality of information at all times.
Assesses patients’ understanding of and compliance with instructions.
Maintains stocked supplies and gas cylinders.
Performs related duties as required.
Qualifications
Education: Completed Associate Degree from a CoARC accredited school for certified eligible Respiratory Therapist.
Licensure/Certifications: Current Certified Respiratory Therapist license with ABG Analyst endorsement from the State of Tennessee or work permit; NBRC CRT credential; BLS; ACLS; PALS; For Bartlett Hires – NRP–NICU CRT; NRP CRT.
